fix: 提交 uni-scss 到 git，删除未使用的 uni_modules 插件

- 修改 .gitignore: uni_modules/ → /uni_modules/，仅忽略根目录
- 保留 src/uni_modules/uni-scss（构建依赖的 SCSS 变量文件）
- 删除 46 个未使用的 uni-ui 插件
